Hi Urb,
I just made contact with the help desk at lhhosting.com.  They do support
PHP5.  They are a bit pricy compared to the free services provided by UKFSN
and UKLINUX, but if you want the option of PHP5 it looks as though you can
get it for $10 per month, which ain't too bad.

I'll keep that in mind for future reference.
