However, the download link for VS 2012 is outdated (<http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=34673> works, though). (I have not tried building with VS 2013.) Furthermore phpsdk_buildtree.bat of the php-sdk-binary-tools doesn't create folders for vc11. I had to copy the vc9 folder manually. -- Christoph M.
