Is there a site that has a tutorial on building PHP from source, for Windows 2008, specifically using Visual Studio Express 2013? I don't actually want to have to build PHP, but it seems I am forced to go this route because in my looking around for a solution to a cURL limitation, I find that pre-compiled binaries for Windows do not have the fpm enabled.
