I've been using my own I developed from the ground up for the past couple years, but have recently looked at cakePHP and I think it might be good for some new to frameworks.

Drupal is awfully popular, but I've only glanced at it and get the impression there's a bit of a steep learning curve.

I'd be very interest to hear what others think of both of these.
