Jedit can (http://www.jedit.org/) - yeh it's java but it works.
I'll second the jEdit recommend. I've been using it for at least a year
now and am quite happy.
I have a client who deals with his own front-end stuff and the BOM
problem with HomeSite has bitten us more than once.
