Incidently, is there no way that I could keep all my files as UTF-8 and not have that encoding problem? I just realized one of my config files store some international characters and I need to keep them that way.

I tried saving all 3 files into UTF-8 but the issue persists, so I'm assuming it doesn't work with UTF-8 files?

Thanks for your help.
