Let things expand and well... frankly if you did some errors at the beginning, let the code evolve. Don't limit it to a sheet of paper. I rather like to set goals, maby for a day, a weekend, a version. The most important task I learned from both people and industri, is to know WHEN a product is good ENOUGHT.
