Not finding your dll...not sure where those should be stored, might try
the "find" function in windows.
Otherwise, post back to the list (with reply-all) as others might have
better experiences with this.

Should be...but you have to activate it..
find your php.ini file
and look for the line:
;extension=php_pgsql.dll
-->remove the ; at the beginning of it!
Then restart PHP and try again.
