PHP !== Hypertext Pre-Processor

[Date Prev][Date Next][Thread Prev][Thread Next][Date Index][Thread Index]

Hello everybody.

Don't you think that PHP should no longer stand for "Hypertext Pre-Processor"?

This great programming language is *much more* than a Hypertext Pre-Processor!

Do you agree with a 3rd --and hopefully, the last-- change to the meaning of PHP?

I don't have a candidate yet, but I do believe it definitely has to change.

By the way, if it's going to change: Please, no more recursive acronyms.

Cheers!
