IF you are using Apache, and you should be :-), you MIGHT be able to
use that Apache directive that tells PHP to find the ini file
elsewhere

Otherwise, it's compiled into the DLL and you are stuck.

A Windoze "shortcut" WILL NOT WORK

That 3rd party thing might.
