I'm looking for tools that would ease the modularization of i18n and
also use of templates/skins on the final web site.
What I mean is that the tool would take care of much of the hand coding
of variables of string insertion (languages).
For the template/skin part, it would be nice to have a framework that
more or less allows "paint the picture" and it generates the appropriate
code.
Are there such tools out there?
