Hello,
Is there any way that I can do some image manipulation - resizing - without the GD libraries?
I've always used the GD library and it's the only way that I'm aware of to do resizing. Unless of course you're willing to do all the resizing manually and just upload the new picture to the server in which case you have a lot of options. Heck I think even MS Paint can handle that :)
