I was compiling PHP-5.5.18 on Unix and Windows using external libmbfl because I want PHP to link dynamically with it. PHP by default links statically. Though on Unix, I see the --with-libmbfl configure script, I didn't find any such option in configure.js on Windows.
Could you guys please tell me how do I build PHP with external mbfl library on Windows?
