I just realized the subject line of your email ;p
You should be able to right-click the directory, choose the security tab and
then continue through the wizard to select the IUSR and set permissions for
read and write access.

Check the IIS user account, something like IUSR_{Machinename} -- and make
sure it has permission to write to the directory this EXE is writing to...

I need to use 'exec' or 'shell_exec' tools to run an .exe to do some
jobs. My app have to write some data to disk: I can run my exe but it
