Yeah, my 5Diii had something like 900 shots on the card, so just bracket 10 stops on either side. Set it up to be auto and go back to sleep.

It’s so much nicer to point my Minolta Autometer at the sky, click for a reading, and follow that all day. Film has some latitude, unlike most sensors.
