I think it has been ascertained by RIT (among others) that rangefinder camera/lens combos are sharper because there is no mirror box in the mix. Mirror less cameras are just something else for the conglomerates to sell you. Manufacturers put an awful lot into sales pitches, and humans are such suckers, we bite down on all of it. It’s not about technology, it’s about product sales.

2.  Are mirror less cameras in the process of taking a big chunk out of the DSLR world and maybe even replace them in the future?
