Adobe doesn't support many current cameras under PS3. You'd get somewhat better support with an upgrade to PS 4 or newer. Check their site to determine whether there is a plugin to support whichever camera you shot that image on and if not, then Randy's right. Download the DNG converter and it will enable PS to see your older files.
