in all seriousness, this is actually an interesting topic...Ken's academic perspective lends to a notion of integrity for a craft that struggled to establish and maintain legitimacy in the art world and, ultimately enjoyed significant popularity in the amateur marketplace at the hands of creative marketing and consumer technology...Eastman's use of onomatopoeia really got that ball rolling
