The PhotoForum members' gallery/exhibit space was updated July 14, 2012. Authors with work now on display at: http://people.rit.edu/andpph/gallery.html include: Sherie Taylor - Windows - I usually don't like photographs of peeling paint but this one has something "extra" and that is the almost symmetrical selection from the barn wall. If it had been totally symmetrical it would not work for me as this does with the canvas below and the slight off center location of the windows. Bob McCulloch - Riverwalk Falls - this must be a truly serene setting for contemplation and solitude interrupted slightly by the sound of the rushing water. I think it is slightly tilted ccw and the chess board being cut off is not what I would do. I suspect the scene was inspirational if you were there but this snippet could use a few modifications in my opinion. Christopher Strevens - Tennis - I think this is a bit of a mess ... but it probably reflects accurately the hustle and bustle at the place, That round object in upper left is a bit distracting although it is a "reflection" f the trees on the right. Andrew Davidhazy - Which one will it be? - at one time there were three - now down to two - probably the squeaky wheel gets the meal. Luckily both of these chicks survived the nest experience. I actually did not make this photograph. It was made by the adult bird tripping a light beam so I wonder if this is MY photo or the bird's? Andy
