Tried restore several times. Haven't been able to do that since I got my computer back from the tech the last time. Really think it's time to upgrade all the way around! Thanks Sherie

How about try to restore a recovery point some time before you install
this software. I believed you could find this utility under Program -->
Accessory --> Systems section. It probably ask for Admin password.
