I looked at the start of the first Video. You are great! Yes we had an honor system operating in a local car park when I first had a car and although the charge was only 3d (3 denari, known as pence it is Roman currency that we used then) practically nobody paid and because I did not understand it as I thought payment was optional, I did not pay when I used the car park. Actually I hardly used this particular one because there was a paying one nearer the shops and I always paid here because of the penalty for defaulting. It was the same for the voluntary one but no one checked. It is now the same as the main car park with parking police visiting to check tickets that you buy and display.
