If they're previously-unpublished works by Adams made before 1978 (which
is the assertion of the sellers), then the copyrights are held by
whoever holds the general Adams copyrights, so far as I can tell; which
means the sellers will shortly be in a world of hurt, and may find
themselves arguing in court that they photos aren't by Adams after all :-).
