I only used PC so know nothing about Macs though some of the Mac people on the list may have some ideas. Perhaps Epson hasn't updated the software for the newest Mac OS.

When I first got the R800, I was able to select the kind of paper it was going to print on.  Now, with Snow Leopard, that option no longer exists.  The only choice is paper size.  Any ideas why?
