Thanks Roy!  I took the cartridges out and shook them.  That seemed to work! Next I'll work on the humidity issue. 

When I first got the R800, I was able to select the kind of paper it was going to print on.  Now, with Snow Leopard, that option no longer exists.  The only choice is paper size.  Any ideas why?
