Hi Guy,
I'd start with the American Society of Media Photographers (ASMP) website, they have legal forms for just about everything; you may have to become a member to take advantage of them but it will be worth the couple of bucks for the peace of mind. Additionally, the book "THE BUSINESS OF PHOTOGRAPHY: Principals and Practices" by Mary Virginia Swanson is a great book that gives a lot of information on points of discussion for gallery representation.

When and where is your show this summer? I live near Chicago and would like to see your work.

Greetings all,

I wonder if anyone can point me to a source document for a consignment agreement I could a gallery that has asked my participation in a group show in July in Chicago,

I have agreed in principle but the gallery and I have to spell out the details.  I would be happy if I could find a source text for a consignment agreement between us, other than what they will provide me with.  Issues include of course gallery fees, cost of packing and transportation, fees for the customs broker, and many others I am sure I am aware of.

Since we are getting close to the conclusion, an early indication would be very helpful.

Thanks in advance,

Guy
