I wonder if anyone can point me to a source document for a consignment agreement I could use in my dealings with a gallery that has asked my participation in a group show in July in Chicago,
I have agreed in principle but the gallery and I have to spell out the details. I would be happy if I could find a source text for a consignment agreement between us, other than what they will provide me with. Issues include of course gallery fees, cost of packing and transportation, fees for the customs broker, and many others I am sure I am aware of.
Since we are getting close to the conclusion, an early indication would be very helpful.
