Rob: It's not clear that the couple ( 17 year olds ) can't execute a model release both for themselves and for the baby. In many jurisdictions, being married constitutes emancipation - thus giving them the status of adults. If they aren't emancipated, then the release for the baby will be an interesting question as posted.
