RE: Model release question

Rob:
It's not clear that the couple ( 17 year olds ) can't execute a model
release both for themselves and for the baby. In many jurisdictions, being
married constitutes emancipation - thus giving them the status of adults.
If they aren't emancipated, then the release for the baby will be an
interesting question as posted.
Cheers,
James

Subject: Model release question

I was talking with another photographer who shot a couple and their
newborne. Both of the parents are 17.

Clearly the couple can't sign their own release and their parents are going
to sign a minor model release.

But what about the baby? Who would sign a minor model release for the baby
since her parents can't?

Inquiring minds want to know!
