Au contraire mon frere, on both counts! Those bikes might be little 
(some have more funny-car-esque proportions), but they're loud AND fast. 
They cover at least 200 meters in less than five seconds. Also, few 
cultures are more prone to bigger dick contests than one finds in the 
Middle East. The shocker about this one is that it was legal and 
organized with safety personnel on hand and not simply some yahoos in 
the street.
