The donationware "Poladroid" is a blast!
It makes you wait as the image appears just like a Polaroid in front of 
you. It's a stand-alone. http://www.poladroid.net/

Personally I'm currently into all sorts of irreverence with film (xray 
film, river water as developer, tylenol, coffee, vitamin C and 
fertilizer as fixer) having religiously followed dev. charts in my teens.
