I like this in B/W, I don't know why, but I think it works better in B/W then it would in color.

Guy Glorieux - First snow over Montreal

Neat photo!  It says it's rather early and to miserable for normal traffic but there might be a few folks on the road braving the conditions, I wonder what the little touch of
green is on the lower right, perhaps it was trash day and it's stuff waiting for pick-up?  All sorts of neat details.

                          Marilyn Dalrymple - The Umbrella

Cute, reminiscent of the little girl on the label of Morton's Salt.

Gregory david Stempel - Linking The World

How true a statement!  I like the coloring and lighting, it reminds me of an old, dark
picture of an ancient library but everything is modern.  Neat, would make a great
advertising photo.

Emily Ferguson - Lake Ontario shoreline

Hmm, with all the talk of ice melting and global warming, it makes me wonder if
water levels were high enough at one time, to reach the top of the 'cliff'.  There are pictures that are nice to look at, and then there are pictures that are nice to look at
nad make one think beyond.  For me, this is one of those.

                Mark Harris - Standing

This reminds me of a road between two hills in a sci-fi book cover, of course, color instead of B/W would show that not to be the case.

                Trevor Cunningham - aww, christ!

Well, either someone is disappointed or not happy (going by the tone of the title).
Everyone has to pay in some form for a moment of pleasure, and if the tone is saying it's a positive reading, then this is one huge bill that will have to paid in payments over
the years.  Having it be in an ashtray, I'm gussing it's a not happy title.
