Photo license agreement.

Dear members:

As much as I enjoy reading the list it has been difficult to find the time
to post and be a more active member.

I have a question and would like to get some help from the group.

Where can I obtain a good photo license agreement that I will allow me to
grant limited, non-perpetual rights over my photos ?

The situation is this: I am currently employed by a company and designing
its web site. I have decided to take the photos that will be utilized in the
company's web site but will do so in my own personal time so that the photos
can't be claimed to be a company property (in fact some of the photos I
intend to use have already been shot in the past at a time I wasn't involved
with this company). I don't intend to charge the company for the photos and
will license the photos for web site use as long as I am employed by the
company. Once my employment is terminated (by either party) the license
agreement expires and I am then in a position to request that my photos be
removed from the company's web site.

What is the best license agreement to use for this specific situation ?

Thank you in advance,

Joseph Chamberlain
