| Recently saw Linda Troeller's very nicely printed Chelsea Hotel book from Blurb.com - good color & bleeds, handsome linen jacket and glossy jacket. It uses a lot of white type dropped out on black, good quality substantial glossy paper stock. This was around 7" square. Linda was quite happy working with them and the result looked totally professional.....
