I was looking for it to see what one of the least publicised rates was after the increase.   The USPS has a "FLAT RATE" box that you can fill with lead and mail to a US address for $8.95.....  It was $8.10 when my son was in Afghanistan.......

BTW, You must use the FLAT RATE BOX that the USPS gives you for free.....
