I been send mailers off to Kodak for years. It just requires postage for  the second ounce. Before the latest price increase two ounce needed $ .63 postage. The second ounce actually went down with this last price increase so the postage need is $.58. To quote from the USPService 
                            First-Class® letters $0.41 (first ounce)
