I reckon that in my own case, the cost will be in the order of Cdn $ 75
(US$ 65), depending on the number of non-US foreign participants. But
then I get some 40 original prints (signed, hopefully). With a bit of
chance, there may be philatelic stamps on the card.
I had not thought about the philatelic possibilities (along with the cards
themselves of course!). But the likelihood of you getting copies of everyone's
cards is not 100% ... time will prove me wrong of course! ;)
Question: Are these photographs/prints/postcards to be made exclusively
for the sole group of participants? (eg numbered 1 to 40 out of a total
print run of 40).
I don't know. In my case I will probably depend on cards made by a digital press
out in California somewhere. A print run of 1,000 or so.

We could make a booklet out of this, eh?
But I'm not sure if I would get the book over and above the set of
original prints.
Right. But the book would definitely include everyone just as the website
probably ... but not necessarily ... will. Hopefully all will be represented
there. I am mostly speaking as "the devil's advocate" here as I have seen
situations where individuals who said they would send/participate at the end did
not or only did so partially! ;) This was the case last time we did a project
like this. No malice intended I am sure ... just life's little hiccups!
Actually now that I think of it some more a book would be too much like work!
