In this thread I've learned a few things.  The most important, since it works here on the forum and in actual photography, slow down and think a little before hitting send or the shutter button...... 

The first posting I sent to the list by accident was in large part because I din't stop and look it over before hitting send.  The same thing with my reply to Kostas.

Regarding the photography issue, I'll have to revert to some of the things I did in my film days.  Slow down and think about the picture .  While this is not possible 100% of the time it is a large part of the time.

To paraphrase,  "stop and see the roses".
