Actually, this is one of the greatest benefit of
posting work on this Gallery. Not just to share our work
with others, but to benefit from their (presumed) unbiased view and
(occasionally devastating) opinion. ...-:)
Thanks again and thanks also to those (yet
unthanked by me) who have commented earlier on other work from
me.

Guy,
I know exactly this feeling. I don't
remember anymore how many times other people pointed flaws on my photos I've
never noticed until than ... of course it's frustranting but it's also very
educational and help us to become better photographer ... in a hard
way.

Guy Glorieux- I like the fall colors and the couple walking along the
lake side, it's a very peaceful scene. I think the urban tips in the
background something distractive but I think it would be impossible to
avoid them.
Thanks for the comments, Charles.
I had not "seen" the background until you
mentionned it. Now, I can't avoid
seeing it and, as a result, the picture has lost much of its appeal to
me.
Rats... !!
But thanks for pointing it out. This is
the sort of thing one needs to keep chasing when looking at one's
own work.
