Nice image, well chosen background. I don´t think more DOF would
have improved it, the softness and abstraction works well.
Guy Glorieux - Self portrait
"The Guy who gave barrel distortion a face..." Sorry, just cannot
resist a bad joke when I have the chance. Always nice to see the
face of a fellow PhotoForumer, but I think I would have looked much
happier in that environment.
Lea Murphy - George Shannon
A good formal portrait. Actually, I rather like that somewhat ill-
fitting jacket: together with those big hands and rough-hewn face, it
gives the impression (rightly or wrongly) of a no-nonsense, self-made
man who is more comfortable in working clothes than jacket and tie.
Qkano - Cats
The charming slight (?) jumble of a group of amateur dancers, this
time spiced with a pro doing "the real thing". The enormous "flying
shoe" on the extreme right is a funny touch. The background is a
little busy, but I don´t see what you could have done about that.
Pini Vollach - Bosnian cafe & Bar
WOW!!!!! This must be one of the most intricate and sophisticated
image compositions on the forum for many, many weeks. All those
circles, the light, shadows and colours, and on top of that the ghost
images of a few guests. Absolutely love it! Congratulations! An
image I would be happy to hang prominently in my own home.
