Pini
I couldn't find a driver software for this to fit Windows XP !
So I was forced to move it back to the old computer and work with both of them.

I experienced the same problem, Pini, but I was able to solve it by first installing an ASPI driver on the computer (don't ask me what thgis means or does), thanks to the suggestion from Bob Talbot.

There is information on ASPI drivers available at
http://www.ncf.carleton.ca/~aa571/aspi.htm

If this could help, I still have an "aspi_471a2.exe" zip file on my computer and I could send it to you off line.

With respect to the driver for the LS3000 CoolScan III, I recall having had to do a deep search in the Nikon web site. But I finally found what I needed.

Hope this helps,

Guy
