Thanks Trevor and others for your comments on my
gallery posting "Bushy Park".
This picture (and another one coming next week)
were shot during a recent trip in England and France with a small
Canon PowerShot SD450 (5M pixels).
This is my entry point into D-photography and the
camera is intended to act as a "sketch book" that I carry around everywhere,
rather than as a formal "photo creation" tool.
I had planned the trip for a personal pinhole
photography project. But, having sprained my knee just a few days before
leaving, my movements were quite constrained. So I relied
on my old classic Minolta X-700 with a single manual-focus 24mm lens.
Travel light!
Best wishes,
Guy
