I guess the pdf-version will be mostly seen by forum-members (who can't wait for the "real" book) anyway, so the clickability of the urls is just a nice added benefit.
In any case: thanks for this great project, it really shows the immense scope of this group!

Correct. The book was meant for print in my mind and I did not realize that the
PDF could link to URLs if the http:// or the www. was present. Sorry about that.
But if you have the print version you could not click on the web address now,
could you?! :)
