I really like the idea you're going for here.  Looks like it was just too bright to open your lens wide.  If the edges of the girl were a little smoother, it would really have a good electric feel to it, that surrealness that NYC can have.

I know we are flooded with reviews this week,but yours is most appreciated. I deliberately blurred the background,but I still have to hone my PS skills
