Re: digital printing on silver fibre paper

I had thought of trying to print digital prints on silver paper, but haven't 
done it yet.  Wouldn't the paper need to be processed before printing?  I've 
found that silver paper left out turns color and the fixing process would 
stop that.  Also, would processing the paper in chemicals damage the inks 
from digital printing?
