Bob,

Yea, like belonging to or associating with: the Bad political party, 
the Bad race,  the Bad sexual orientation, and so on.   Even as recent
as the past half-century,  being or just knowing one of those kind of
Bad guys could be cause enough for the government to ruin you life. 
That kind of short-sightedness results in internment camps and black
lists. 

Speaking of black lists -  this topic may seem a bit OT but it does
apply to transmission of photos.  I'm wondering what kind of pictures
besides child porn would call attention to "interested" parties?
