Glad to see they saw fit to run the story.
I don't agree with your assessment of it as "plagiarized," however.
They credit AFP at the end of the story, and at the bottom of the page
have this statement: "This service may include material from Agence
France-Presse (AFP)..." It's a news service story which they paid for.
They certainly weren't timely in running the story, but it's not
plagiarism.
