I read where it's better to use Bicubic for upsampling and Bilinear for downsampling. But now I do all my resizes in Capture One LE straight from raw. Oh, and my web making program now has complete image controls and does web optimization real nice, for those times I'm too lazy to open up PS and resize or optimize.
