Better still, 'save to Web' in Photoshop at the size you want.

I read where it's better to use Bicubic for upsampling and Bilinear
for downsampling. But now I do all my resizes in Capture One LE
straight from raw. Oh, and my web making program now has complete
image controls and does web optimization real nice, for those times
I'm too lazy to open up PS and resize or optimize.

I noticed PS CS2 has new resizing Bicubic smoother and Bicubic
sharper, cool! I haven't tried them yet, but might make a difference
in some photos. I mean if you are working in TIF and keeping it TIF,
saving to Web ain't going to do you alot of good.

I like to resize after all manipulations are done and the file is
saved full size. But I usually apply some unsharp after resizing,
depends on the image. However, now Capture One does the unsharp thing
well enough to not have to do this anymore.
