Hullooooo...!! Sometime ago, there was an email (probably Karl) about a program that will resize images to a target filesize (something Irfanview aka Karlview :P ) doesn't do. I've looked about the archive and gooogled the night away, but can't seem to find the post. Will the kind sole what put it up firstly put it up again? Please? I really don't want to do throught the PS-save-for-web drama...
