Aluminum may be light, but it is classified as a heavy metal, in that
it's molecular structure is large and complex. Like lead, it does not
leave the body once it enters. In fact it tends to settle in places
that cause all kinds of problems like Alzheimers.

Do yourself a favour and throw out all your aluminum cooking stuff and
replace with stainless steel.

Stop using aluminum based underarm deodorants.

Do not keep anything like drugs in an aluminum container.
