Just a comment on the subject line...

"Good Ridence[sic]?" Well, the more manufacturers of any product there are, the more incentive there is on ALL manufacturers to attempt to produce a higher quality product more efficiently at a lower price. When, finely, only one manufacturer of B&W paper (or anything else, for that matter) is left, innovation and product improvement declines, quality control has less importance, and cost rises. After all, where else are you going to go if you want B&W paper?
